It is Open Enrollment time for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program for the 2017 plan year (January - December). FSA’s are a great way to save money. An FSA allows you to set aside tax free dollars from your paycheck each month to pay for certain out-of-pocket expenses for health and dependent care. Employees that currently have a MESSA High Deductible Plan (HSA) are not eligible to participate in the Medical FSA account; however, you may enroll in the Dependent Care FSA account.
