In case you were wondering what everything means.
 
FTE is Full Time Employee (1 or 1.0) 
or shared/part time (0.8) (0.6) (0.4) (0.2) etc.

Step is where you are on the salary schedule

Range is where you are on the pay scale. 
See example below:

BA-1  BA20-2   MA-3   MA30/EDS-4  PHD/EDD-5
*BA25-6  *MA5-7  *MA10-8  *MA15-9  *MA20-10  *MA25-11
(*Grandfathered Lanes)
If you were looking on Unity at your steps, this is the legend you use.  Because half steps cannot be recognized, they were assigned a number.  A person on step 1.5 would register 2 on Unity.  Below are your steps and number represented on Unity.
